With a desire to hone his craft, Fulmer further developed his skills at various customization dealerships before deciding to establish ROC Truck in 2018.

At ROC Truck, our team of professionals bring over 70 years of combined automotive experience to the table, ensuring unparalleled expertise in outfitting vehicles to perfection. Our journey took an exciting turn when we caught the attention of country music star Taylor Phillips. We reached out, extending an offer to customize Phillips' truck. The rest, as they say, is history. With 12 trucks tailored to Phillips' satisfaction, ROC Truck has earned recognition in Nashville and beyond.
